The yoke is coarse (?silk linen) with cotton tape ties, and the lining is red silk in good condition.

Also cut-out decoration. "Chinese split skirt in red and blue embossed silk. The yoke is coarse [silk linen] with cotton tape ties, and the lining is red silk in good condition."
