Woven from voivoi (pandanus) of plain natural colour, and magimagi (coconut sennit) braided in tali tolu (3 ply braiding technique) tightly wrapped around the handle with a loop of magimagi to hang the iri for storage. Blade's commencement at centre base, woven out in vertical twill. Blade is shaped like a spade. Identical on both sides. Iri Buli
