WW2: served record 13 trips in Hospital Ship Maunganui covering all theatres plus UK as a Physio-therapist. Returned to New Zealand aboard the Oranje. post-war: civilian nursing. Awards: ARRC - invested at Buckingham Palace 27 February 1945.
