http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/description Penu. Stone pounder. This penu (pounder) has been worked and smoothed from ofa'i (stone). It has a large circular base, rounded and slightly chipped at the edges with a convex pounding surface. The shaft of the penu flares out towards the base. The pena is topped with a grooved knob as a grip, with a chip visible in the stone on this area. The penu is light grey in colour.
