Predicate Object Zona Haworth was the daughter of Arthur Haworth and Clarissa Haworth (nee Harris). Trained at Dunedin Massage School. Registered 1935 Worked as a Masseuse at Hastings Memorial Hospital at enlistment. Gazetted as Sister on 19 March 1941 Served on Hospital Ship, 'Maunganui' in Italy and England Bangor Rehabilitation Hospital, England Orthopedic and amputee cases, East Grinstead Hospital Brumpton Hospital; Brighton Hospital (genral rehabilitation) and Greys Hospital Margates Hospital to set up a rehabilitation and physio section Zona Haworth was presented with the Associated Royal Red Cross by King George VI at Buckingham Palace on 27 February 1945.
